3 out of 5 starsThis item was about 10 days late in being despatched. It is a pretty necklace but one half of the clasp was detached when it arrived. My husband says he can fix it but it should have arrived in perfect condition and it didn't. Perhaps better packaging i.e. bubble wrap might have prevented the problem.

5 out of 5 starsThe earrings arrived and they are perfect for my bridesmaids and you cannot beat the price! I got 6 pairs and one was free. My only complaint is that it would have been awesome to see a photo of the earring on an ear before purchasing because the pearl is a little smaller than I thought, but I think for the price these will work well. And the customer service and speed was excellent.
